P0430 Ford - Lincoln LS

Question

T0430 Lincoln LS 2003 - have changed catalystic convertor, spark plugs, ingnition coil, oxygen sensors, and checked all vacuum hoses but the check engine light always comes back on at about 100 miles and you smell burnt oil, or exhaust. Still getting the same T0430 code, what else can be done to fix the problem?
