i have honda crv ctdi 2005 fault code po339 crankshaft sensor intermittent interruption

fault code po339 , the car misfires at 1500 rpm and rev counter fluctuates as the car misfires just like switching ignition on and off really fast ,past 1500 rpm car is fine before 1500 rpm car is fine ,any ideas
