p code 522 & 508 with no start

Question

Fuel pump hums, fuel at rail, has spark with 12.6 at batt. New crank sensor and spark plugs. Starter rebuildt, oil new, PCB valve new, fuses and relays good or new, add starter fluid and it wants to start buttttt. Hit can with hammer plus starter
Need help. Month number 5 now...

P0508 IAC valve signal circuit low

P0522 Oil pressure circuit low

Either one of these code condition would in a no start, check the timing if you add starter fluid and it wants to start but can you need to check the timing alignment marks
