P0300 Chevrolet - Random Misfire detected.

Question

1998 Chevy Siverado K1500 Extended Cab 5.7L 4WD.

Changed Plugs, Wires,Distributor Cap, Fuel Filter and air filter.
Also cleaned up throttle-body.

Code still being thrown out especially at Idle. When Im driving it seems the misfire goes away but then I get a code showing P0145 no activity on O2 sensor B2S1.

I am at a crossroad here as to what else may be the problem. Can you help?

Fuel injector on these plug up easy, try using a fuel injecotr cleaner,
