p0300 misfire fuel comp and p0420

Question

i have just replaced head gasket on d/s and a noisy lifter on #3 intake, had a p0300 code. Drove it about 300 miles had a 02 code, cleared code and now have a p0300 misfire fuel comp and p0420 code any ideas
