Question

I have a 2002 Saturn sc1 it keeps showing code P0140 I changed both o2 sensor's air pump, new plugs and wires erased the code from memory but after 50 miles service engine soon light comes back on I need to get it smog.my tags are due in 2 days HELP PLEASE

P0140 H20S circuit insufficient activity sensor 2

This is the catalytic monitor sensor, which is the downstrean oxygen sensor, This is a malfunction with the 02 sensor you get this code when the heater circuit is slow for the activation time or the sensor has a poor connection.
