i tried to order park neutral switch from dealer they told me there was not a switch for the 2007 nissan maxima im getting the park neutral switch code

This code can be there, the switch is actually inside the transmission and is part of the valve body. This is why they cannot find the part for you. You need to check the wiring. Here is some more info for you.
