What exactly do I have to have done to my vehicle to resolve this issue? It also gave me p1167 as a trouble code. Please help me to understand what parts and prices I'm looking at?

The oxygen sensor might have to be replaced and the ECU updated. This can only be done at the Honda dealer.

Call a local dealer, give them a service bulletin number (00-046), and ask for a price.
