P1000 System readiness not complete

This is a condition where the CK ENG LT was recently cleared and monitor have to run to complete for a emission test. This would not cause the audio to beep.What will cause the audio to beep is when the Restrain Control Module (RCM) detects a airbag failure with a SRS (Safety restraint system) failure , it will sensd a signal to the GEM (General electronic module) to produce 5 set of 5 tone burst, if the intrument panel that indicates the air system is not illuminated or the air bag indicator is non operational you get the 5 tone warning indicator, You will need to use a scan tool that can gather "B" codes which is for  the Body control module,
