I have a po133 code on my Honda civic 2000 ex 1.6 l. How do I know which O2 sensor is bad Is it the one on top of cat or the bottom one

P0133 - 02 sensor slow response Bank 1 Sensor 1

This is for the upstream 02 sensor or the engine management sensor or primary 02 sensor. P0133 mean the 02 sensor is slow, what can cause a slow 02 sensor is sensor is degraded due to mileage and age. There is a exhaust leak prior to the 02 sensor,
