My car battery fully charged runs down barely few days driving the car. I noticed that the battery head sparks as it touches each other.

if the battery terminal is sparking that means there is a higher than normal drain on the battery when it is not in use.

it is called a Parasitic drain, there are many youtube video that will show you how to find it
