p0741 Pontiac - when i push on the gas it jerks at 20 32 45 an 65

It runs fine when cold but when it starts getting hot it likes to jerk at 20 32 45 65 but the first few times are not as violent as the one at 45

P0741 Torque convertor clutch circuit perfromance or stuck off.

Violent jerk? check the tranmission fluid level and if there is a transmission mount or even the engine mount with this code condition, P0741 does not give violent jerks, and when the vehicle is in operating temperature you would not have 4th gear it would be inhibited. This transmission is more a failed internal mechanical condition, The fix for this would be the control valves in the transmission and the torque convertor. It may be cost effective to go with another good used transmission or rebuilt.
