2006 Toyota Prius 1.5L with engine code P2118

Question

I accidentally hooked up a battery charger backwards (red on black) with negative on the positive for a just a quick second and I heard a pop! my cars interior lighting and door locks are ion and car only will drive in electric mode. Question is: where is the popped fuse or breaker or short in system so that i may repair? Any info or tips would be greatly appreciated

What you popped is the ETC fuse (electronic throttle control), This is located in the under hood listed as J/B (junction box) or R/B
