P0011 2005 Nissan Sentra -

Question

We have had the head gasket replaced, the cam sensor replaced and the solenoid valves replace plus an oil change and still have the p0011 code. Any ideas where to turn. I tired of throwing money at this code.

This usually means the timing chain is off. You need to do a leak down test to confirm, but with all that you have done, it's very likely that the timing chain is off.
