Would the codes P0011 and P0300 cause a tapping noise when accelerating on my 2010 Nissan Sentra?

Hi there

With these two codes it could indicate a low oil condition or a possible timing issue. If the tensionor for the timing chain is losing oil pressure the chain may be slapping the guide causing the noise and the P0011 code.
