Is there any other code with this? This code only can happen when the ignition is turned off. The throttle blade on this engine is spring loaded both ways , as you turn the key off the throttle defaults to a slight open position so it is important to have a good battery, As you start the engine the ECM updates the learned minimum pedal value. and the throttle is moved to the closed position. if this minimum position is not reached the ECM puts it in a ice break modes This is why it is important to determine if there is another code condition with this code.the ECM may put the engine in a reduce mode. where you will have limited acceleration. When you have P2119 the throttle blades are not closing properly, at key off If this is the only code, this is a faulty electronic throttle body.
