No spark on cyl 1 and 2

Question

Hi, i swapped my engine with one that was freshly rebuiled,
We connected everything and put it back togheter, but it didnt start, so i checked everything and i noticed i got spark on 3 and 4 but 1 and 2 had random sparks...
I checked grounds and i just ordered connectors...
Is there any other reasons for this???
P0354 is the code that poped up.
On a 2007 scion tc manual.

I checked coils and ther good.
