I've searched the internet with no luck. Mechanic said he could hook my car to his computer for $80 and tell me what the problem is. I thought the code was supposed to tell me the problem. I need to pass my emissions inspection.

B2AAA and B2A00 if these existed it would be body code condition, where it would have nothing to do with the emission test, What you have is P2A00 which is H02S circuit closed loop Performance Bank 1 Sensor 1 . This would diagnosed as P0133, What cause this is either the sensor degraded. aged due due milage, or contamination of the sensor, If you replace the sensor you will need to do a oxygen sensor resistance learn reset, the use of a factory scan. or any scan tool, what you do is reset the engine code regardless if there is DTC (diagnostic trouble code) or not,

The B2AAA code will be set if the OBDII scanner is not compatible with your vehicle.
