P1290 - code for 2000 isuzu trooper

I'm getting a p1290 code on a 2000 isuzu trooper. The only thing I have been able to find is that it is the electric throttle control particulate bank idle. do you have any information on this? I am also getting a 401 code for the EGR valve. thanks!
