2009 CAMRY P2118 CODE. HOW DO YOU CLEAR THE CODE.

WE REPAIRED THIS VEHICLE. WE REPAIRED THE RIGHT QUARTER PANEL AND REPLACED THE RIGHT REAR DOOR. WHEN REPAIRS WERE COMPLETE, THE VEHICLE IS NOW IN LIMP MODE. THE BATTERY WAS DEAD DURING REPAIRS.

This code will put the ETC (eletronic throttle control) system in a fail safe, when the ECM sees a unstable voltage , some of the most common causes are open ETC fuse, low battery, battery,have the battery charged and check the ETC fuse replace if open.when the power is restore or voltage is stable the ETC will correct.
