2005 Dodge Stratus 2.4 liter 4door code 0491 replaced air flow sensor

Question

The repair shop replaced my mass flow sensor code 0491 and the check engine light came back on the next day. Now the check engine is blinking. Dodge Stratus 2005 2.4 lite 4door sedan. The repair shop doesn't want to bother with it anymore and I'm out over 600.00

P0491 Secondary air injection insufficient flow

This is not for the MAF (mass airflow) when ever the CK ENG LT flashes it is ignition related or a misfire .
