P0420 Lexus - GX460

Question

Hi,

Got a used car Lexus GX460 delivered to me and immediately checked it out and got the following codes. Can anyone help me make sense of it?

Any advise on how to fix it?

If there is no exhaust leaks or any type of engine related problems most likely the catalytic converter which is a very expensive repair about $800 each side plus labor

If the car is under emission warranty under 80k miles take it to the dealer.
