P0342 and p0343 are simultaneusly together by Hyundai elatra 1.2 2002 what does that mean special?

This is usually the result of a faulty cam position sensor, however the wiring should also be checked. Especially at the connector for the cam sensor. It's a very common issue with these. If the wiring looks good, then the sensor should be replaced.
