im getting a p0841 code on my 2001 jeep grand cherokee

Question

i just replaced the heater core in my 2001 jeep grand cherokee drove great the first time i fired it up after the change of the core. then it cooled down and when i started it back up a couple hours later the check engine light was on and it was running crappy! hooked my scanner up to it and it is throwing a p0841 code, can you please help?
