what does P0107 on a Toyota Tacoma mean?

Getting this error code after replacing EGR, and Oxygen Sensors on a 2000 Toyota Tacoma 2.4L 4 Cyl. engine ... I know it says that the fuel mixture is too lean - what could be causing this?

The problem is that this car does not use P0107 in its service manual, try to use a different OBD-II the one you are using is not compatible with your car.
