tp sensor seems to be working checking with graphing on tablet through torque app but engine light still on. code still there p0120

P0120 Throttle position (TP) sensor 1 circuit

The voltage reading has to be 4.75 - 0.33 with changes with acclerator input, what happens when you have P0120 The ECM detected voltage less than  0.325 and greater than 4.75 volts even if it works great with the graphing the voltage either exceeded or went less than specific voltage.
