P0120 1998 Toyota Camry -

Question

Scanned the vehicle i got a P0120 code and i was just wondering if fixing this code will also get rid of the other codes that pooped up? I got a P0300, P0302, and P0303 which are all cylinder misfire codes.

Hi there,

The P0120 code is for the throttle position sensor on the throttle body. Repairing the TPS would not likely resolve the misfire codes as it's not directly related. For the misfire codes, I would look at the spark plugs, the wires, ignition coil and check for intake leaks.
