P0305 after i replaced o2 sensor due to p0161

Question

97 k1500 p/u 5.7L 4x4 auto

o2 sensor code p0161 light up, changed the sensor, reset the computer and now i have a p0305 misfire.

what happened?

cylinder 5 misfire, something might have got loose you can check the wires and spark plugs 

if its bad start by replacing the spark plugs and wires

- Faulty spark plug 5

- Clogged or faulty fuel injector 5

- Faulty ignition coil 5

- Fuel injector 5 harness is open or shorted

- Fuel injector 5 circuit poor electrical connection

- Ignition coil 5 harness is open or shorted

- Ignition coil 5 circuit poor electrical connection

- Insufficient cylinder 5 compression

- Incorrect fuel pressure

- Intake air leak
