P0141 -02 sensor heater circuit malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 2

P0161 -02 sensor heater circuit malfucntion Bank 2 Sensor 2

These are both downstream 02 sensor which you are correct. This is a fuse protected 02 sensor check the fuse in the engine fuse box listed as fuse 13 which
