2005 Chrysler Pacifica 3.5L p0205 and p0305

Question

Well i will describe this the best i can here
The vehicle in question here is a 2005 pacifica 3.5 engine everything is up to date as far as oil changes cooling changes etc (all done)

now I have taken this cylinder 5 right out of the picture and by this i mean i took the coil pack out and moved it over to cyl 1 and the spark plug moved it over as well.
bought a dealer injector, because i couldn't afford one at the time, so bought a cheapy (never good).

Anyway everything went well ,buckled it back up everything torqued etc. ran it home 20 miles, away no problems, and of course as soon as i disconnect the negative cable, it will go back into relearn, and so on the way home, it ran great and the next day.

had a doctors appt and guess what, yes back on now when i took out and moved, the coil pack and plug, i just got the injector code, malfunction code for 5 and no misfire this time.

and now, the misfire is back along with cyl 5 misfire????? me and my buddy did this work he is a red seal mechanic, and stumped without a doubt, as iam myself.

any help would be great on this issue, and not only this but now i have these codes coming up iam using a obdII book Launch scanner which is a good one ,anyway i also now have these codes as well but only came up the one time

On the second and third scans only the misfire on 5 and the injector on 5 malfunction were present and the usual ones no matter what keep coming back and these are the P1080,P0080 AND P00CO.
