I got the engine code P0340 on my 2008 Nissan Sentra, what could the problem?

start by checking/replacing battery and check charging system

Possible causes
- Faulty Camshaft Position Sensor
- Camshaft Position Sensor harness is open or shorted
- Camshaft Position Sensor circuit poor electrical connection
- Faulty starter motor
- Starting system circuit
- Dead (Weak) battery
