HI there,

This code means there is a lean fuel mixture on bank 2 of the engine. This can be caused by several items, but since you have the other symptoms, I am going to suggest checking the fuel pressure and the mass air flow sensor. These will cause the symptoms you are having and can also cause the lean fuel mixture code.
