P0882 code and P083B code in my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan

Question

I keep getting a P0882 code and P083B code in my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan Crew. 3.6L. It goes up to about 25-30 no problem, but wont shift up when i go faster to 35 or so. Just starts to rev. Also rev when I first accelerate as well and then kinda kicks in. Sometimes it will start off fine and then goes south , and sometime that does what I previously mentioned. More often than not it has the issue I mentioned at the top. Been going on for about 2 weeks.
