I have a 2004 Nissan Murano with code p0022. any tips?

Start by checkine the engine oil. It's driven with oil pressure so this is a likely issue.

If the oil level is good and clean, I would then test the cam position sensor. If the sensor is reading wrong, it can throw this code as well.
