Honda civic si 2007 check engine light on.

I has a honda civic si 2007 with a p1009 code, the car was running good until last week when the car turn off driving and the whole dash panel lights turn on. I scanned the car already, now a have a code but i cant find the problem yet. Someone can help me? The car still turning off when you try driving. I hope someone help me fix it.
