05 dodge stratus codes 303,400,100,48 changed plugs and wires engine light still on and idling hard

05 dodge stratus check engine light on. I changed spark plugs and wires. Idling hard. Code readings 303,400,100,48. I filled the gas tank just before it started acting up

The misfire if you have P0400 this is the EGR, a open EGR at idle will cause a rough idle , You may be able to take EGR out and clean it for any carbon that may have cause it to stay open
