my 2004 jeep grand cherokee limitid 4.0 engine. very slow acceleration and i got code P0601

Unfortunately there is an internal problem with the engine control module (ECM) and you have to replace it. The  problem is that the ECM is loosing all the setting when the engine is turn off.
