P0601 Chrysler - was told adding resister to MIL light circuit would solve problem

engine runs good but MIL light is on...PCM is getting good voltage and grounds

P0601 PCM internal controller failure

When you get part of the PCM code it is the PCM reporting its internal self check and has failed, If you add a resistor to the MIL light you just increase its resistance it like adding in 2 light buld in series, I dont want to be a bringer of bad new but the PCM is on its last leg,When the PCM decides to fail and a another one is required you will need to flash VIN into in order for it to work
