This is for the secondary air injection what happens is the relay for the air pump tends to burn itself out , where the relay air pump is needed. This is the common trend for this code condition.What the air pump does is warm up the catalytic convertor for cold start up to reduce emission, If the vehicle seems not to have acceleration at higher speed. this is something entirely different, a partial plugged exhaust system can do this. Because of this code being a circuit high it is capable of suspending other codes that could resolve the reason why you have a sluggish acceleration.
