The car run good. But the only code p3000 123 I check each cell all of them are around 8 V

P3000 / 123 Battery control system malfunction

What this code defines is abnormal signal input from HV battery system , Toyota had a upgrade with the floor wire harness #3 , this upgrade has to be check before attempting any repair
