P0480 Cooling fan control circuit 1 malfunction

Start by changing the cooling fan relay,

The cooling fan is controlled by the PCM which recieves inputs ,from the coolant temperature sesnor, the A/C commands, check for any coolant leaks that is causing overheating conditions,
