Have a PO480 on my Dodge 1999 Durango 360 4x, No electric Fan on the Durango???

i have a 2009 dodge avenger with check engine light on the code that comes up is 2004
This envoy dosent have an electric fan and still gives this code PO480
P0011 - No check engine light on ,only service stabilitrak light which comes and goes , vehicle runs great, problem?
help me i have an 2001 honda civic .it starts and runs it but it will not move it ran fine then it stoped
