P2004 Ford Freestar 2005 IMRC not Move other way over 3000 RPM

Hi I need a help.

My ford freestar 2005, gives a Code P2004 Intake Manifold Runner stuck open Control Bank 1.
I have replace Plastic Bushings (Dorman # 47099) while I was replacing bushing I found back Valve was stuck and jammed and cannot move .. I spray WD40 and use screw drive to move up and down.. finally its free and soft easily move with finger tip. after placing everything back .. when i start my van it move one way but wont move other way even I speed test 3000 to 4000 RPM and Engine Service light still ON,
So I removed IMRC again and hold in my hand while its plug to Power plug and have my Son to start Van .. IMRC move both side .. like on idle it move one way when speed Rpm move other way. I Put back but same problem move to one way when start but over 3000 RPM not move other way.. Could you please advice how I can fix .. should I order New IMRC ?

P2004 IMRC

When you check the IMRC there should be tension in one way but should have a full travel.You also need to realize you have a IMRC that is spring loaded.If you have everything back together clear the code and test drive. If the code appears again for the IMRC go ahead and replace the IMRC.
