Mercedes slk320 2002 p0104 error code, poor acceleration and cutting out when at slow speed

Question

The problem is P0104 error code on a Mercedes slk320, I tried the MAF sensor change and air filter change. The MAF sensor as had a P0101 error code, this did resolve the issue for 2 weeks and then it returned a with P0104 error. The car just sometime loses power when you sometimes accelerate away from a junction and still cuts out when travelling at low speed in town when you just accelerate away.
