Intermit code p0101 or p0104

Question

I have replace duct seals, check electrical wires and terminals ok and replace Maf still code p0101 or p0104 intermit set. The 2 codes never set the same time. Could it be the ECM the problem?

I suspect it's more then likely the maf still if you used an aftermarket maf sensor. If you used a factory replacement then it is possible the ecm is the problem, but they don't fail often.
