P0300 Nissan-throwing a P0300 does til model need a relearn

Question

Working on a 2003 Murano I installed new engine keeps throwing up a P0300 I have been threw everything if not twice three times and I cant figure it out. does this model need a relearn? Help me please

the only thing you can do a relearn if for the idle air relearn, reset the code before doing the relearn
