Hi there,

This code P0430 is for the bank 2 catalyst below threshold. This means the converter on bank 2 isn't working properly. If it is completely plugged it can prevent the vehicle from starting. You can remove the up stream O2 sensor completely from the exhaust and see if it will then start. If it does, then replace the converter.
