i have change the cmp and ckp by a mechanic and the pcm and this code still comes up now, they said then i need to remplase the variable timimg solenoid or a new motor. the truck still run some times when is a hot day and i start the vehicle i hear a click in direction of the throttle body, any sugestions thank you. is a trailblazer 2002 v6 with 144000 ml

If it will run some of the time then you do not need a new engine. The code can point to the VVT solenoid. As for the click out by the throttle body, that could be a solenoid or the throttle plate making noise.
