P1345 Chevrolet -

Question

I just installed a new good wrench 5.7 L as soon as the engine is started the check engine light come on with p1345. The light was not on before the engine install so it must be something I did. I've worked on a few of these vortex engines and am familiar with the Dist. Installation. I've checked and rechecked the Installation a few times and am sure it right. It has a new Delco cam and crank sensors. The interesting thing about this is I get no timing retard numbers coming up on my scan tool it's either at 0 or like 1352 (I think thats the read out max and min on the scan tool) and when you rev up the engine the numbers don't change even if you move the distributor. I've check all the grounds on the engine and chassis. At this point I'm out of ideas. . I'm using a snap on veris scanner. If anyone has any ideas please let me know
