2007 kia amanti check engine light on, code says p1916, what is this code

Question

my check engine light came on after the car made a knocking noise. Cut the car off, then started it again and the noise stopped. Oil is good, check engine light stayed on and is giving code P1916. What does it mean? We can't find an answer for the code.
